This program offers skill training to address stress and anxiety relief using evidence based Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT (also called Tapping). Once EFT is learned, teachers are able to teach “Simple Tapping” to the children.
Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT (also called Tapping) is a self-regulating stress, anxiety and trauma relief modality. It’s easy and effective – you gently tap on acupuncture meridian points on the face and upper body which reduces and can eliminate the anxiety response in the body.
