Stress Less ~ Learn Tapping: How to Re-Wire Your Brain for Stress Relief with Emotional Freedom (EFT)
The purpose of this workshop is to address and reduce the high levels of vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout that service providers experience. In this program, participants will walk away with more than theory. They will learn and practice evidenced-based Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT (also called Tapping) that will instantly lower stress reactions in their body while more importantly rewiring their brains to not be triggered in the first place. Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.
*This training is highly experiential. Participants will apply EFT to their own circumstances in order to learn how to apply it to clients. Please be prepared to engage at this level for a maximum learning experience and maximum personal benefits.
