Stress Less, Live More! Learn Tapping
Learn and practice Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT (Also called Tapping), an evidence-based stress management technique. EFT instantly lowers stress reactions in the body and more importantly rewires the brain to not be triggered in the first place. Attendees will walk away with more than theory. They will learn and practice EFT for stress/anxiety reduction. This training is highly experiential.
