Even though stress is inevitable, you CAN lower the stress reaction in your brain and body.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a fast stress relief technique that is easy to learn and implement. It helps you handle challenges and the stress associated with them in a calm and peaceful manner.
You can use Tapping anytime and anywhere to optimize your emotional health and lower your stress response. It’s called tapping because, like a form of acupuncture, you gently TAP with your own fingertips on specific meridian points. Tapping works fast because the technique is physiological in nature and bypasses your conscious thoughts. Clinical trials have shown that EFT lowers stress reactions in the body and reduces the emotional impact of traumatic memories while positively influencing gene expression.
