If living through COVID-19 has taught us anything, it is that we must be mentally and emotionally strong to function through times of crisis, immense stress, and uncertainty/fear of the future. How can we equip our staff, clients and ourselves with the tools to persevere through hard times such as these? Let’s face it, stress and anxiety plagues all of us at various points in our lives and is often at the root of many mental health problems.
While Information and theory are important, a skill that helps lower anxiety, trauma and supports hope and success is a tool desperately needed at this time.
Have you heard of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a neuroscience-based stress and anxiety relief method? In this hands-on program, you will learn evidence-based EFT (also called Tapping) for stress relief. Tapping doesn’t eliminate your stressors, but it can stop your body from reacting so that you show up as the best version of yourself at work, and simply in life.
This training includes an additional, complimentary one-hour group follow-up training call to reinforce learning and skill development (offered approximately one week after course.)

In this workshop, participants will walk away with more than theory. Attendees will:
Be introduced to a mind-body technique to regulate the stress response system so that balance and equilibrium can be maintained and sustained.
Be able to apply EFT to current stress, past issues/traumas, and future anxiety
Learn Simple EFT and how to apply it to their own circumstances in order to comprehend how to teach it to staff and clients.
