Tapping for Self Care: Intro to Emotional Freedom Technique

Educating the next generation is NO small task, and sometimes it can feel like the world is on your shoulders. To be truly unstoppable, self-care is critical! This session will introduce Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a neuroscience-based self-regulating stress, anxiety, and trauma-relief method that can be adapted across school settings. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how EFT can reduce stress, burnout, and help admins reach their full potential for ultimate success. This session is a prerequisite to the next EFT session at 1:40, “Celebrate Your New Skill: Practice Tapping.”
About Tijana (BA, MA, EFT Certified): Tijana is passionate about helping others create a life with less stress, higher productivity, and greater resiliency. She teaches an evidence-based, self-regulating technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): a leading-edge anxiety and trauma relief tool encompassing benefits stemming from a combination of neuroscience, cognition processes, and somatic touch. This intervention has shown to lessen stress, trauma, and anxiety.
